Role Overview

We are looking for an organized HR Office Administrator to manage daily office operations, administrative tasks, recruitment coordination, and employee records. The role includes coordinating with departments, handling client inquiries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining company documents and SOPs. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong English proficiency, and basic knowledge of Word, Excel etc.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Office Protocols
  • Effectively recruit talent needed to grow the business based on the requirements from time to time using various hiring ways including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Security, Training, Content, Graphics, Development etc.
  • Manage Employee Salary and Attendance with reports
  • Manage all relevant assets and documents of the company
  • Manage and frequent reviews of the SOPs for all departments and office
  • Perform office administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with officials for Company related work (CA, CS, Lawyer, Vendors etc)
  • Answer to inquiries on central call and redirect to relevant person
  • Welcome walk-in clients, redirect to relevant person or consult them with relevant information
  • Schedule meeting timings and coordinate accordingly
  • Ability to handle employee queries diplomatically and impartially along with counseling as and when required
  • Maintain professional relationships with employees, clients, authorities and partners in benefit of company's business reputation
  • Indulge in initiating, planning and organizing recreational activities for office environment and employee engagement
  • Coordinating with heads of all department and supervise and managing their daily activities and reporting on timely basis.

Technical & Practical Skills

  • Strong communication and I.T fluency
  • Strict proficiency in English (Other languages are always a plus)
  • Socially adapt
  • Must know basic computer skills, basic knowledge of Word, Excel etc.
